Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coaching focuses on helping you move forward by providing tools, strategies, and support to achieve specific goals. It’s about practical action and creating positive change in your life. Therapy, on the other hand, often dives deeper into past experiences and emotional healing. While coaching isn’t a substitute for therapy, the two can complement each other beautifully.

  • Coaching sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs. We’ll discuss your goals, identify what’s holding you back, and work on actionable steps to help you move forward. Each session is a mix of problem-solving, encouragement, and strategy-building, designed to leave you feeling empowered and focused.

  • Coaching is for women who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for change. Whether you’re a busy mom, a professional balancing work and home life, or someone navigating ADHD, coaching can help you simplify, streamline, and regain control.

  • Individual coaching sessions typically last 60 minutes. This gives us plenty of time to dive into your challenges, brainstorm solutions, and create a clear action plan for the week ahead.

  • That depends on your goals and preferences! Most clients meet with me weekly or twice a week to maintain momentum and accountability, but we can adjust the schedule to fit your needs.

  • Not at all. Come as you are, and we’ll take it from there. If you have specific goals or challenges in mind, we’ll use those as our starting point, but no prep work is required.

  • Absolutely. Coaching isn’t about forcing you into systems that don’t work—it’s about creating strategies that align with your unique life and goals. Many clients have tried other approaches before finding coaching to be the missing piece that made it all come together.

  • Coaching isn’t just for women in crisis—it’s for anyone who wants to improve their life, gain clarity, and feel more in control. If you’re ready to make life a little easier and a lot more manageable, coaching can be a great fit.

  • Getting started is simple. Schedule a free 15-minute consultation where we’ll chat about your goals and see if coaching is the right fit for you. From there, we’ll set up your first session and begin creating the change you’re looking for.

  • That’s okay! The consultation is a no-pressure way to explore whether coaching feels right for you. You’ll leave with clarity about your next steps, whether that’s working together or exploring other options.

  • No pressure! Sometimes, a 15-minute free consultation is all you need to get started. I also share plenty of tips and resources on my blog, so you can dip your toes in before diving into coaching!
